The event was held on 26th Sept 2012 in the prestigious Princes Street branch of Barclays Bank in Ipswich and featured guest speakers from Larking Gowan Tax Accountants and Barker Gotlee Solicitors along with Nicholas Estates director Nick Golding.
Well attended by new and existing buy to let investor clients with Barclays, the evening served to comprehensively highlight key areas of residential property investing, including essential marketing legislation, legal and tax obligations for landlords and the driving factors behind this very strong Ipswich rental market.
Also in attendance from Nicholas Estates was sales manager Richard Collins. Richard presented a range of properties sold to buy to let investors during 2012 and outlined the reasons behind investment decisions, current trends and recent growth in capital values.
Allison Warr, mortgage adviser for Barclays/Woolwich brought the evenings speeches to a close by detailing new and progressive mortgage products available through the bank and the customer support and advice available to clients throughout the buying process.
Feedback on the night was extremely positive and we hope individuals who attended left feeling confident in planning their investments more strategically.
Special thanks to The Mortgage Team at Barclays/Woolwich Ipswich for inviting Nicholas Estates, for more information about the evening and buying to let please contact Richard Collins on 01473 251098.
