The mooring fee covers the mooring, water supply, post box, maintenance of communal grounds and car parking. There is a boat survey available to prospective purchasers which was carried out by ANDMarine Ltd in October 2017. The boat had the underside repainted and new anodes fitted when she was out of the water in October 2017. The vendors are happy to discuss with any interested parties what living on a boat involves and the legal process surrounding the purchase of a boat.
